- Security Operations Support for Zscaler and WAF.
- Candidates must work along with customers to define strategies on stringent policies, operation excellence, reporting.
- Must coordinate between Customer and offshore team.
Job Description
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security Operations
- Experience in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA with hands-on experience in policy management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of WAF technologies and policies, like DDoS mitigation, SSL/TLS, and application-layer security
- Knowledge of security standards, and protocols like SSL, TLS, IPsec, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS etc.)
- Must be having working knowledge of managing security operations of large enterprises.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and troubleshooting skills
- Banking and Financial customer support experience is recommended
- Must be willing to work on rotational on call support too
- Certification on Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional and Imperva WAF is preferrable.
Resource Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Devices Operations Support or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security technologies
