Salary Range – $100000 to $130000
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks and data processes in alignment with Agile delivery practices
- Advanced SQL expertise, including strong proficiency in:
- Proficiency with CTEs and window functions
- Complex query optimization and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy dashboard development
- Strong working knowledge of BigQuery and PostgreSQL
- Experience in regulatory reporting environments
- Data Quality (DQ) monitoring and validation expertise
- Experience in automating manual reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
- Support FLARE regulatory reporting, analytics, and Data Quality (DQ) monitoring initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
- Develop, enhance, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
- Design and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs
- Monitor and manage data quality controls, validations, and issue resolution
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams
- Drive analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights
