Must Have:
SAP Datasphere: Advanced knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, and integration with S/4HANA Public Cloud.
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Expertise in dashboard design, planning models, predictive analytics, and embedded analytics.
Databricks: Strong experience in building scalable data pipelines and integrating SAP data for advanced analytics and machine learning.
SAP Joule: Familiarity with AI-driven insights and conversational analytics for BI&R solutions.
BI & Reporting Architecture:
Ability to design and implement integrated reporting strategies across Finance and Engagement Management.
Experience with KPI frameworks, data governance, and compliance.
Methodology: Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile delivery, and PI planning cycles.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Delivery
- Configure and deliver BI & Reporting solutions leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAC, Databricks, and Joule.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure integration of reporting architecture with S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
Project Leadership
- Lead BI&R implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Engagement Management, Technology) to ensure alignment.
Strategy & Governance
- Drive integrated reporting and analytics strategy for professional services processes.
- Establish governance for BI&R delivery, including RAID logs, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.
Quality Assurance
- Validate data models, reporting outputs, and analytics solutions for accuracy and performance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability and compliance.
