Roles & Responsibilities
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure
- Good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams, Polycom, SBC)
- Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.)
- Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
- Flexible working during weekends/ off business hours
- Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support
