Technical/Functional Skills

  • Contact center (On Prem and Cloud)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 8 years’ experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure
  • Good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams, Polycom, SBC)
  • Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.)
  • Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
  • Flexible working during weekends/ off business hours
  • Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support
